Mechanical features and operation principle
Production capacity of up to 14.000 sticks/h.
Used ice cream multilane system for extruding of ice-creams on stick and sandwiches, complete of
top mounted evaporators and tray chain assembly, external working table with 4 extruding stations, double and single heated wire cutting station and double stick insertion, inline pick-up and enrobing unit, loading and unloading pick-and-place robotized systems and flow-pack reverse type multilane wrapping machine. The refrigeration unit is Freon based with 2 x 75 HP Bitzer compressors. Sandwich panels included.
