Mechanical features and operation principle
Teknoice ice cream extrusion line having a production capacity of up to 4.000 sticks/h.
Used ice cream sticks extrusion system for extruding of ice-creams on stick with reverse type wrapping machine, complete of top mounted evaporator and tray chain assembly, external working table with double heated wire extruding station, pneumatic stick insertion, chain type pick-up and enrobing unit and flow-pack reverse type wrapping machine. The refrigeration unit is a new Freon based with Bitzer compressors. New sandwich panels included.
A very good used extrusion line with few production hours.
